The collection, “જશ્ન-એ-વાવ | jashn-é-vaav | जश्न-ए-वाव” is a reverent journey into the soul of Gujarat's subterranean stepwells (Vaavs). It is an ode to these architectural marvels, where shadow meets shimmer, and carved stone meets the grace of water.

We drew inspiration from the grandeur of Gujarati architecture. You’ll experience the strength of carved stone in our sharp, structured cuts, and the grace of water in airy organza and flowing silk. This is a complete collection, featuring ceremonial, wedding, festive, and special occasion outfits, along with styling options for both women and men. We tell the story in three different colour palettes, each one capturing a different mood from the stepwell’s history.

AMBER | કેસરી
This palette captures the warm, sunlit glow of sandstone and the earthy richness of turmeric. Inspired by the first descent into the vaav, these tones of amber, ochre, and warm orange are rendered in opulent lehengas and regal menswear. Their intricate zardosi and hand-embroidery catch the light, echoing the shimmer of the sun on carved stone.

olive | સરસવ
A palette of deep contemplation, reflecting the quiet stillness found at the heart of the stepwell. Rich olive, mehendi-green, and muted mustard evoke the feeling of moss-laden stone and the serene, history-laced air. These ensembles, from flowing shararas to layered anarkalis and structured menswear, are designed for moments of intimate celebration, rooted in ancestral grace.

FUCHSIA | રાણી
This is the jashn (celebration) itself. A vibrant burst of jewel-toned fuchsia, lotus pink, and vermilion that echoes the festive exuberance of a wedding. Inspired by the surprises of ritual and color hidden in the vaav's depths, this palette is a pure, unapologetic expression of joy, seen in multi-panelled lehengas and intricately detailed blouses.
"We are often taught to look up for light, but in a stepwell, you must go down to find it. This collection is a tribute to that inner descent, the act of revisiting the quietest, deepest parts of our heritage and bringing them back into the sun."
