Process
Step 1: The Consultation
To begin, bring your item to any TASTA Store. Our Client Advisors will conduct an initial examination and discuss your needs. If you are unable to visit a store, contact our client services to initiate a remote consultation and arrange for your item to be sent to our atelier.
Step 2: The Assessment
Once received, our Care Experts will perform a complimentary, detailed assessment of your item. We will then provide you with a definitive estimate for the proposed services. No work will proceed without your explicit approval.
Step 3: The Restoration
Upon your confirmation, our artisans will begin the meticulous process of restoring your piece. The timeframe for this process will be provided with your estimate, as it varies depending on the complexity of the work required.
